Donations Help Save Horses!
Equine Emergency Evacuation ("EEE") volunteers are on call 24-7 and 365 days a year to respond to requests for evacuation of large animals during wildfires, floods and other disasters. Specially trained and equipped volunteers also perform technical rescues of down animals in stalls and paddocks on a year round basis. We also provide emergency transport for injured or loose animals at the request of first responders and callers.
About one third of the 10,000 horses in Yavapai County, Arizona, have no means of transport and EEE volunteers fill that gap. EEE is the only entity in the County that can cross roadblocks during declared evacuations to evacuate large animals. Help us help the helpless!
